Exchange – Return – Refund – Guarantee Policy

No Returns or Exchanges after 90 days from the purchase date.

No Refunds without the original sales receipt and photo ID*.

Without a sales receipt you will only be given an in-store credit for 90% of the purchase price or the lowest sale price.

All returns must be in like new condition with original packaging.

Exchanges of sizes only on the following – Pet Carriers, Dog & Cat Cages, Muzzles, & Live Traps.

Absolutely No Exchanges or Returns on the following – All Reading Materials & All Grooming Supplies.

All lighting returns must be done within 10 days of the purchase and accompanied by the sales receipt and original packaging – no returns on broken bulbs.

Live Animal returns/exchanges are subject to manager approval within 7 days of purchase and will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Puppies and Kittens РCome with a free veterinarian check which must be performed within 5 days, our guarantee is void if veterinarian check is not performed in this time period.  If they fail this veterinarian check or becomes ill within this time frame, they must be returned immediately to the store for refund or replacement. If you choose to keep the kitten or puppy you assume all responsibility for the animal, any veterinarian bills will be at your expense and their will be no returns after treatment has started. Veterinarian check must be through our approved Veterinarian.

Birds РWe make every attempt to insure that the birds we sell are in good physical condition.  Once the bird leaves our stores its health is in your hands. We do not guarantee birds more than 48 hours once removed from our stores and no cash refund will be given

Live Fish – 10 Day Full Replacement Health Guarantee.

Plants – No returns on Annuals, Vegetables, or Herbaceous Perennials.
